1.The website

The myrockitapp.com website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. The website does not require an account. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message, so that we can reply.

2.The desktop application

Rock-It runs on your own computer. The show files, fixture data, and paperwork you create stay on your device and are not uploaded to us. To verify that your subscription or trial is valid, the application may send a license key and a device identifier to our licensing service. This is used only to activate and validate your license, not to track your activity.

3.Payments

When you subscribe, payment is handled by our third-party merchant of record, who acts as the seller of record. They collect and process the payment and billing information needed to complete your purchase under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4.Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate, such as our merchant of record (for payments and tax), our website host, and our email provider. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us.

5.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
