Refund Policy

Applies to: the Rock-It website at myrockitapp.com and the Rock-It desktop application.

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for Rock-It subscriptions. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, who handles refunds in line with this policy.

1.Free trial first

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Rock-It before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm the application fits your workflow before subscribing.

2.14-day refund on first purchase

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of that purchase and we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, email support@myrockitapp.com from the address used to buy, and include your order or receipt details.

3.Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Once a renewal has been charged, that renewal period is generally non-refundable, except where required by law. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

4.How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our merchant of record. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
